We currently have vacancies as follows:

Full Time Veterinary Surgeon

We are looking to recruit a Veterinary Surgeon to join the excellent team at a first opinion small animal practice in the Wigan and Bolton Areas of Lancashire. 3 Self Contained branches in Leigh, Bolton and Hindley.

  • Full time hours (40) worked over 4, 4.5 or 5 days (options for discussion).
  • Will consider part time hours.
  • Weekends on a 7-week rota – one Sunday 9 am to 12 pm, one Saturday 9 am to 3 pm and two Saturdays 9 am to 12 pm. Time in lieu given week prior or as agreed for weekend work.
  • No OOH.
  • Practice has great track record at supporting early careers.
  • Supportive, friendly and welcoming team.
  • Excellent facilities and equipment including; Ultrasound, electrosurgery unit, tonometry, dental x-ray, digital Xray, Ultrasonic Dental.
  • Varied surgical and medical caseload.
  • Commutable for city life in Manchester, close train stations and east access to M6, M56 and M60/62

Person Requirements

  • Graduate in Veterinary Medicine.
  • Registered with the RCVS.
  • Role would suit recent graduate or more experienced Vet Surgeon.
