Dear Vetcare (Sale),

It really is about time we sent you our grateful & immense thanks to all,
Vets, Nurses and Staff.


We met you back in 2000 we think when we had Huckleberry who sadly we
(together) had to 'set-free' at the age of 17 in your care.

Today, we have 'Misty & Meg' (nearly 14) who knew & enjoyed him too and our
aim is to get these lovely girls to 'enjoy' a wonderful life as much as we
together can 'jointly' achieve and it is a team effort after all and we love
you for everything you ALL do to make it happen on our behalf.

I've been taking my dog Tink here since May when she was neutered, I received a phone call the morning after her operation to check on her progress as they discovered she had an infection and was quite poorly. I've seen a couple of vets but Joe and Chad are by far the best vets I've ever encountered. Both give eye contact and look at you while their speaking to you which I find very important. The advice and support I've received from the practice has been amazing and helped make a difficult decision more bearable. I've had a few questions and concerns that have been answered by other staff at Vetcare via email and that's been a great help. The whole Vetcare practice are always happy to help in any way and seem to genuinely care about your pet

Our 12 year old cocker spaniel, Aimee, came to Senior Club, last week. During her routine inspection Kim, the nurse found a lump on the inside of her mouth. This was checked by a vet and she has had it removed this week by Robin. We cannot praise the care that she has received from the nurses and vets at Vetcare during this worrying time. Everything has been taken care of from her care to her insurance claim - thank you!

We came to Vetcare earlier this year as our own vet ceased practising. It was Kim's suggestion that we brought Aimee to Senior Club, as she was an older dog and it would be good to familiarise her with new surroundings and it was a good opportunity to get to know Aimee when she wasn't ill. Advice was given on general health and wellbeing, which even though all was well with her it gave me as an owner some time to ask questions, that possibily you wouldn't want to ask for fear of wasting a vet's precious time.

Since our time at Vetcare, we have experienced routine visits and out of hours emergencies and the care and compassion both Aimee and ourselves have received are second to none.

Thank you to all at Vetcare who do an amazing job!!

Vetcare is the vet that the shelter use but I've tried a few vets in Manchester and haven't been happy. Taking my little kitten to be neutered today and I felt awful however they were the most amazing and caring staff with a brilliant attitude and I felt better about it all. Given their fantastic service I've transferred all my pet care to them.

I have been coming to Vetcare for many years with my two pugs Thai-ena and Ollie, I have always received kindness and understanding of a variety of problems animals get through their lives. I have received the appropriate regime of treatment available, every medication was explained to me.
This year I have lost both my lovely friends who can never be replaced, all the staff at Vetcare have been sympathetic and truly upset themselves, and they had come to know Thai-ena and Ollie over the years.
I have received a quality of service which I am grateful for at this sad time.  I should like to briefly acknowledge all the T.L.C I received for Thai-ena and Ollie from Kim, Laura, Alex and Claire with my grateful thanks.
I shall continue to visit Vetcare because I now have Alfie a little Yorkie. I have been to the Puppy Club to see Kim, she’s been so kind and helpful. Kim always remembers the names even my granddaughter’s rabbit Noah and my cat Sasha.

Just to say I cannot praise the service I received from Vetcare enough.
Thanks to the vet and kind caring nurses I still have my lovely Cavalier king Charles.
He swallowed an acorn and because of the swift actions of the vet and nursing staff he was operated on and is now back to full health.

Having never had a puppy before it was a great relief to find such great staff at Cecil Ave Vet Centre.
They assisted me with absolutely everything from fleas and ticks to puppy training and even castration.
I’m not too sure I would have survived the first months without their support

I have been a client at Vetcare for about 15 years. I would not contemplate going anywhere else although I have other vets nearer my home.
I have found everyone really cares about our animals and they care about us too! Always friendly and welcoming.
Always ready to go that extra mile. So kind at all times and the veterinary nurses are brilliant with wonderful clinics.
The practice is always looking for ways of improving their services.

My miniature Jack Russell – Ruby Camotta has been registered with Vetcare for over 2 years, the staff are very helpful and give advice without being patronizing. In other words they are there for you, if you ever need advice they are very helpful and will follow up any treatment your friend/pet has had. Nothing is too much trouble; I would highly recommend this practice not only for their approachable attitude but also for their professionalism in dealing with my pet’s needs. Also in the past, a kitten I had taken in was very poorly and the help and advice I was given was second to none. You will always get the best possible care for your pet; they love them nearly as much as you do!!

I have been coming to the Sale surgery for the last 10 years, I registered in 2004. I have found everybody helpful, everything is explained very well and everybody has time to explain things in detail. You always receive an estimate for treatment and I think this is very useful. I like the after service, the follow up advice and aftercare. I have 16 cats so I am a regular visitor to Vetcare in Sale. The nurses are fantastic and very helpful, I would highly recommend Vetcare and all round I am very pleased.

I have been involved with Vetcare since their inauguration here in Sale. At the beginning I had two Labradors and a couple of Pugs and now have one Labrador (who needs a vast amount of veterinary attention on a monthly basis due to his arthritis and allergies) plus six Pugs. As a breeder of Pugs and true dog lover I can say, without doubt, that Vetcare in Sale (and their other branches) have always done over and above what would, I think, be usual for a veterinary practice. All the staff, vets and nurses alike, are prepared to drop everything if and when the need arises to ensure sick or injured animals receive the best possible care, whatever the time of day or night. I would seriously be lost without them and their kind attention of my ‘brood’.

I have been a client of Vetcare for the past 15 years and have always received an outstanding level of care and kindness from both the vets and staff. I have owned several dogs over the years and they have all been looked after by the team at Vetcare from being a puppy to when I sadly lose them. On one occasion the vet and nurse came to my house to put my dog to sleep to avoid causing her any more distress by moving her.

Whenever I have telephoned with a concern or illness they always ensure my pet is given an appointment as soon as possible. On numerous occasions visits to the surgery have been followed up by a phone call to check on the progress of my pet. I have always been given good advice and accurate diagnosis of my pets problem or illness.

I already recommend Vetcare to family, friends and anyone who asks me which veterinary surgery I use. Thank you to everyone at Vetcare for the friendly and professional care you have always provided for my pets.
